What happens if I miss my appointment?

Clients who skip a massage appointment without prior notice will not be refunded their massage credit for the month.

Your program manager has requested that we follow certain guidelines for refunding monthly massage credits, and each Intel location is slightly different. When you miss your company paid massage appointment for an approved reason, such as a mandatory meeting, your credits will be returned. In most other cases, we will not be able to refund your massage credits for that month.

When you know ahead of time that you're going to miss your massage appointment, your best bet is to log in to your account as soon as possible and reschedule your appointment for a later date. If it is too late to reschedule, you can email support@incorporatemassage.com and our team will review your account and return the credits where allowed.
