How do I get reimbursed for parking?

Employees are eligible for parking reimbursements when no free parking options are available. The receipt must be submitted to Incorporate Massage within 24 hours of the event to be eligible for reimbursement.

It's important to remember that the parking instructions for each event must be followed in order to be considered for reimbursement. If you have parked outside of the designated area, your parking may not be reimbursed. Furthermore, any receipts submitted outside of the required 24 hour window will likely not be reimbursed. Please keep in mind that because these fees are paid by the clients, we can only include them before the final invoice is sent.
