When you are issued credits for company paid massage you are given a designated number of credits that may be booked during the month, each month of the year. The specific number of credits is determined by your location and the type of massage program. If you do not use the massage credit during the month it was given, it will expire. Each credit is active from the first day of the month and expires the last day of the month.
If you book a massage, and then need to cancel your appointment, your credit will be returned only if you cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment. You can use these returned credits at a later date, as long as it is during the same month.
